Got snapper from Spring Street Grocery
1. Wash a bit, wrap with salt and rub a bit
2. Wrap with 昆布 (seaweed), then gladwrap and leave in fridge until cook
3. Cook back to crispy and turn around, get cooked very soon.
4. Dressing with 大根おろし (mashed radish) Don’t make 大根 too dry
