Then I had it with my lovely Darling at home, though the pan is smaller and fire is not very good, always fail some, succeed some, then had all of them. But it&#8217;s fresh and hot, full of love \u2665<\/div>\n<div>This time, after haven&#8217;t had them for so long, was surprisingly good =P<\/div>\n<div>Recipe for two people:<\/div>\n<div>\u26651.4 cup of flour (we used 1 cup of bread and pizza flour,\u00a0then added 0.4 cup of tempura flour later, use less water for normal flour)<\/div>\n<div>\u26651.4L water<\/div>\n<div>\u26653 eggs<\/div>\n<div>\u26652 bag of dash (japanese fish stock) (silver bag)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;&gt; Tempura flour makes it crispy, and better flour makes taste better too &lt;&#8211;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;mix the above well, filter twice<\/div>\n<div>\u2665spring onion<\/div>\n<div>\u2665red ginger<\/div>\n<div>\u2665bubbles<\/div>\n<div>\u2665fish &#8211; octopus, fish cake (\u3061\u304f\u308f), little shrimp<\/div>\n<div>&#8212;&#8212;- put fish in after heat up the pan with oil, then fill in half with thin flour paste, then is the bubble,s, spring onion, red ginger, then last cover with flour paste.<\/div>\n<div><strong>&#8211;&gt; Points:<\/strong> *<strong>Enough oil for the pan<\/strong>, and burn it well before use, so the pan is happy to make takoyaki, *<strong>Strong fire<\/strong> to make it crispy from the beginning then reduce fire so it won&#8217;t get over burnt, *<strong>Lots of fillings<\/strong> to make the ball rounder and nicer, * Lots of <strong>\u5929\u304b\u3064<\/strong> (tenkazu) makes it tasty, * Thinner spring onion is better than fat ones<strong>\u00a0&lt;&#8211;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2665Mayonnaise<\/div>\n<div>\u2665takoyaki sauce<\/div>\n<div>\u2665aonori \u3042\u304a\u306e\u308a\u00a0(green little seaweed powder?)<\/div>\n<div>\u2665fish flake<\/div>\n<div>&#8212;&#8212;&#8211; first two, mix as sauce, and last two as topping\u00a0\u2665<\/div>\n<div>Final picture will be<\/div>\n<div><a title=\"Make Takoyaki\" href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalmotox.jp\/blog\/2008\/08\/tetsu_1.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-156\" title=\"motox1148\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/kokka.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/motox1148.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kokka.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/motox1148.jpg 480w, https:\/\/kokka.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/motox1148-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kokka.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/motox1148-447x300.jpg 447w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0The best and original takoyaki is from Osaka, Hanshin Department store.
