It looks good for baking too, strong, soft, flexible..<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"bread and pizza\" href=\"http:\/\/lighthousebaking.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160\" title=\"BreadAndPizza\" src=\"https:\/\/kokka.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/BreadAndPizza.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"136\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a>Just copy down the two recipe they printed on the box<\/p>\n<p>\u2665 Milk bread dough\u00a0\u2665<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>500g bread &amp; Pizza Plain Flour, sieved<br \/>\n2 tsp dried yeast<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp bread improver<br \/>\n1 tbsp vegetable oil<br \/>\n130ml lukewarm water<br \/>\n130ml lukewarm milk<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>1 Place sieved flour, salt, bread improver and sugar in a food processor or mixing bowl.<br \/>\n2 Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm milk and then stir in remaining milk and water<br \/>\n3 Make well in centre of flour mixture, place yeast mixture and oil into well and gradually work the four in from the sides.<br \/>\n4 \u00a0Continue mixing until dough forms, then remove from bowl and knead by hand until shiny and smooth.<br \/>\n5 Shape into a loaf or place dough into a bread tin<br \/>\n6 Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours<br \/>\n7 Bake at 190 degree for about 40 minutes.<br \/>\nTap base of the bread. It will sound hollow when cooked.<\/p>\n<p>\u2665 Pizza Dough\u00a0\u2665<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>220g Bread &amp; Pizza Plain Flour, sieved<br \/>\n1tsp dried yeast<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n160ml lukewarm water<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>1 Place flour and salt into a food processor or mixing bowl.<br \/>\n2 Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water then stir in remaining water.<br \/>\n3 Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture, place liquid into well and gradually work the flour in from the sides.<br \/>\n4 Remove dough from bowl and knead by hand for about 5 minutes.<br \/>\n5 Place dough in a clean bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.<br \/>\n6 Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface.<br \/>\n7 Makes 1*30cm traditional style pizza base.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Waiting to try some time lol~<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently we are using bread and pizza flour for daily use, which is a strong bakers flour.
