On a iron plate (for two people):
Add butter and melt on the plate
Scallop – 5-6 pieces, cut to four smaller pieces, add to the pan and fry until surface is crispy
Snow peas, handful, boil for short time and cut to small pieces, add to scallop
Super juicy coins, boil for a while and add to the frying pan
Mushroom (round cup shape), cross-cut to four pieces, and add to frying pan
pan fry all of them in the above order, until the juice is gone.
Have it with rice.

S的心情真的像說的那樣一波接一波的
那天在診所寫的小心情，第二天忍不住離開的時候貼在了桌子上
我們應該誠實 如果心情放在心裡會就會生病
親愛的當晚又跟哈尼看著窗外的星星聊了很久 很多內容其實他在不停的說 我在不停的聽 可是到底可以理解多少消化多少又改變了多少呢
最近的心情感覺又好了起來 自己覺得身體和靈魂在改變
雖然她們都在問我為甚麼拿到了高學歷確不去大公司工作 可是去工作了又怎麼樣呢 有一份穩定的收入 可以適時的買個房子車子 然後就這樣過著幸福的日子了麼
那天在診所，S突然有了新的意識，不在是那個等著被鞭策的孩子 不在是眼裡看不到這些那的孩子 當妳完成了別人將要問的事情的時候 那種滿足的感覺還是很好的 每天都有新的改變和新的認識 那在哪裡不都可以實現麼
這些天煎了幾乎大部分的餃子 雖然前幾次感覺很奇怪不成功 親愛的還是還可以的吃下去了 不再是當初要求再做一次的他了 所以今天離成功的煎餃比較近也離成功的自己比較近
一波接一波的感情 不變的擁抱

The recent love of croissant is from Baker D Chiroco ($3.4) in Carlton. His croissant is like the one from Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, many layers, crispy and not buttery. Light enough to melt before it gets stomach. QVM price increase to $2.5 this year =(

Chocolate Croissant – the one I love a lot these days.
Initially I found it in Coburg’s Vietnamese bakery, plan croissant is big and $1.20 only, with chocolate is $1.80. For a period of time, I couldn’t control myself having it every morning on my way to work.
The recent discovery is in city QV Woolworth, bigger croissant with more sweet chocolate for only $1.95, especially when I bought it warm….heart is melting

Recently, the screen background picture changed to Nighthawks,

原有的方向感早已被隱藏，自從有了更好的方向感。
可是新的方向感好像是不能掌握的，不能駕馭的，甚至是不能被引導的。
感覺上的無力，到哪裡尋找激情
想說的到要說的時候已經輿自己說盡了
窗外的雨點早已被重生的太陽曬乾，原來灰蒙蒙的天空也被太陽掃的晴空萬里。
只是，心情還是一樣的灰蒙蒙。。找不到方向。。。

傳說情到此時了，去年Q和男友還在兩地的時候，一年多後的感情也是吵吵鬧鬧。
可是畢竟每個人的情況都是不一樣的。看到節目里的賴老師和太太25年如一日的愛戀時，確實很羨慕。可是畢竟他們不是我們，怎能瞭解其中的苦樂，也可能到那時候我們比他們還恩愛，也可能我們根本走不到那時候。
妳在電話里向媽媽保證下次回去多學一些話，甚至可以買本書學學的時候，我很驚訝，不解那到底是真心的還是假意的。可能妳又要說我不了解妳，可妳真的說過那語言很無用的吧。
人說天平座的人是孤獨的，因為繁華的最高境界是孤獨。天平苦於沒有人可以輿之分享。
現在的妳是否感到孤獨呢
